This class is geared towards intermediate and advanced adult students, experienced movers, and courageous beginners.

We'll follow a typical contemporary dance class structure, incorporating floor work, center exercises, movement across the floor, and an ending phrase. Along the way we'll use a mix of traditional technical vocabulary, improvisation prompts, sensory exercises, and contemporary phrasework to tickle our brains and invite joy in our bodies.

The aim is to offer a rigorous class which welcomes you to come as you are, play for pleasure, and reach into a deeper experience of your body in space.
