CARAVAN KIDS WEEK ONE, JULY 11-15, IS SOLD OUT: CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE WAITLIST.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

CaravanKids workshops are two weeks bursting with creativity, exploration, and adventure. Each day, we go to a new country, meeting with different teachers from around the world and exploring the majestic nature of Stone Mountain Farm. Every year, we meet a fairy!

In the morning, students take three dance classes: Creative Movement, which will have them turning into animals, playing dance games, and exploring their full range of movement and boundless creative expression. World Dance & Music, in which students learn dances and songs from all around the world. Folk songs & stories, in which they learn folktales from different countries.

In the afternoon, we explore and take our dancing out into nature. At the beginning of the workshop, each CaravanKid receives a customized Mystery Package with treasures and trinkets to help us on our afternoon adventures!

Our staff will make sure that students have times to cool off (sprinkler + kiddie pool) and we will shelter under the tent in the event of rain. If the forecast calls for severe thunderstorms, we may have to move classes to remote/virtual.

If your child is uncomfortable in the heat/outdoors, please carefully consider how they will attend this workshop.
