Past Event: 92nd Street Y
Youth Company will join Company members for an April 1st, 7:00 pm performance at the The 7th biennial Conney Conference on Jewish Arts. In collaboration with 92nd Street Y, this conference celebrates 15 years since its founding. Keynote Speaker: Dr. Naomi Jackson, author of “Converging Movements: Modern Dance and Jewish Culture at the 92nd Street Y”. The 2019 conference will be framed within the historical context of the 92nd Street Y and will address the practices, histories and current state of the Jewish Arts across a diverse spectrum of genres and experience.

Sunday, March 31st at Creative Dance Arts 2037 U.S. 9, Round Lake, NY 12151, USA. The Vanaver Caravan will be offering Body Percussion/Gumboot Dancing from 12:00-1:30pm and Stick Dancing from 1:45-3:15pm. Both classes are open level for ages 10 & up.
